We aim to deliver your items to you as soon as we can, within the times specified below, but sometimes deliveries take a little longer than usual, we aim to keep you updated every step of the way.
Standard Delivery - £5.95 UK Mainland: Up to 5 working days. Orders will be delivered via Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
Homeware and Fragile items - From £5.95 to £15 UK Mainland: Up to 5 working days. Orders will be delivered via Parcel Force.
Click & Collect - Free Collection from our Totnes Store : up to 5 working days.

Returns (Online Store Only)
We want you to pleased and happy with your order. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied or have changed your mind with your purchase, that’s ok, you can return to us within 14 days of receipt in an unused condition and in original packaging. In the unfortunate event that your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For faulty goods you have a right to a full refund up to 28 days after purchase.
Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition, unused with original packaging and any swing tags or seals in place.
- With the exception of faulty goods, Bonds is not responsible for the cost of returning a product. Please obtain proof of posting and proof of receipt as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
- It is recommended for your own protection they are sent insured to the full value.
- Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of goods.
Sending a parcel outside UK
The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the importer (i.e. you, the customer) and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods if there is an item missing from your order.
Damaged or Faulty
We really do pride ourselves in taking care when preparing your item for delivery. Sometimes issue do occur. Should this be the case please call our customer services team immediately so that we can help resolve the issue.
Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your bank statement. You will be notified by email that your items have been received and that we are processing it.
